Kılıç Seafood is the export champion also in 2022

In 2022, the Aegean Exporters’ Associations (EIB) awarded 58 of its members, which generated 7.6 billion USD in foreign currency for Türkiye’s exports and made significant contributions to exports, as the “Stars of Export.”

KLC Food, the foreign trade company affiliated with Kılıç Seafood, was entitled to receive the first-place award by maintaining its leadership in the Seafood and Animal Products sector with an export figure of 282 million USD this year as well.

At the 2022 “Stars of Export” award ceremony, the sector first-place award was received by Kılıç Seafood Export Director Hilay Ağaoğlu from Aegean Seafood and Animal Products Exporters’ Association Chairman Bedri Girit and EIB Coordinating Chairman Jak Eskinazi. At the ceremony, KLC Food Chairman of the Board Sinan Kızıltan and KLC Food Logistics Manager Ali Sarıman were present.

Referring to the importance of the sustainable production process, KLC Chairman of the Board Mr. Sinan Kızıltan stated: “We have been maintaining our export leadership in the sector for more than 10 years. At the core of this success, our fully integrated production and distribution processes that enable us to reach all corners of the world play a major role.
